Small formats 2024-2025: and works on paper by the gallery's artists
Every year-end, Galerie Oniris hosts its traditional group exhibition of the gallery's artists' Small Formats and Works on Paper, symbolizing the end of one year and the beginning of the next.
The Small Formats (Petits Formats) exhibition is an opportunity to revisit works by artists exhibited during the past year, to discover a glimpse of those who will be exhibited next year, and to integrate works by artists from the gallery who are not programmed in Rennes or during our participation in fairs during these two years.
For this 2024-2025 edition, as in previous years, the Petits Formats et Oeuvres sur Papier event awaits you both at the gallery in its classic form of a physical exhibition in the newly renovated gallery in Rennes, and also online, with the possibility of purchasing a selection of works remotely (link below) and having them delivered to you at your convenience.
The gallery displays small-format works and/or works on paper by the gallery's artists, often never before seen on our walls. A group presentation presenting a varied panorama of works by artists exhibited during the past year, as well as a reminder of exhibitions scheduled for 2025, and new works by other artists who have not had a solo show during the period.
This exhibition remains an opportunity to (re)discover the thirty or so artists that the gallery supports throughout the year. It's like an artistic “family reunion” at the end of the year, intended to be warm and colorful, to encourage artistic rapprochement and dialogue between members of the Oniris family.
